A 0 is being generous. My husband has waited 3 weeks for a script 2 or 3 times and that is after us calling 3 times and the pharmacy calling as well several times. Only to get the one refill eventually with no refills so have to deal with this monthly.
Don’t go here if you need medical care. They talk down to and your just nusance. There actions should be reported to authorities and if I run into them outside there office I will be the same to them
I’ve gone there for 2 years. The girls at the front desk are uneducated. The doctor misdiagnoses symptoms and the lab that does their blood work makes frequent errors. Will never go back.
My doctor left and the office would not refill my Eczema prescription. So ridiculous that the other doctor would not authorize something a minor as eczema cream.
This place is a joke. Was supposed to see the Dr and some how was scheduled for the PA. And becuase I wasnt with the Dr. they couldn’t prescribe me meds. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but boy was I wrong. Dont waste your time with this place. Dr Malone is nice but the office and the PA are not good.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The staff are very rude and the turnover is constant. The only constant is Dr Malone and good luck on actually seeing him. You’ll get a PA or something like that but never a “real” doctor.

A star is too generous for this practice. I require an x-ray for an injury and they scheduled me for a week out. I now have to the ER during a pandemic to get proper care. This practice does not provide compassionate care. You are just a number. They cannot keep a doctor or PA for very long either. I am finding a new doctor.
