  4. Terrible customer service. Managemt was rude, the staff allowed a much needed procedure fall through the cracks after a week of being ordered and would not return phone calls. Was told they were too busy and for me to find another place to do the scan.

  11. Very professional and nice. I’ve had several MRI’s and a CT’s here and other places and I much prefer OPI. I had to wait once for my MRI because previous person’s was more involved than anticipated but they let me know why I was having to wait. Definitely recommend!
