If there were a negative star option I’d choose it. Straight abuse of being the monopoly in the area and takes advantage of that. How can sprinkler usage go from $65 one month to $180 the next with no change, no explanation? Not just one month- multiples. Ridiculous and when you call to ask- very rude in the office.
Not very responsive during my last two calls regarding water meter reading errors. I hope I can attend a Public Utilities Commission meeting to discuss my issues.
Terrible customer service. Snooty people in the office, and just a pitiful excuse for a buisness/service provider. If it wernt a government monopoly I’d change companies the second I walked into the door.
My experience was very positive. I needed to transfer the water from the builder’s account to mine. My wait was very short and the young lady that assisted me was very friendly. The cost was $125.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The people in office act like snobs anytime you call or have an issue. Our bill is incredibly too high and has continued to get even higher over the past few months. Tried to give them money for a bill …
I have never had a problem with Owen’s Cross Roads Water Authority. We have been customers for over 15 years. They always serve me with a smile and are happy to help. I do not personally know any employee there.
Great service. They didn’t charge me for the extra water when the pipe in my front yard broke last year. I really appreciated their friendly support an understanding.
They have cut my water off every month for the last 3 months I’m not sure if it’s because I’m black or fat very unprofessional and uncaring no regards for another human beings livelihood water bill went from 40 to 246 237 it’s ridiculous …
