really old used up equipment,horrible ,every 2-6 months they have to replace their equipment,if you can go any other place,save yourself!The people are really nice,bad equipment!
If you care about yourself or loved ones who need medical equipment DO NOT use oxylife. Don’t even have the time to explain all the problems I’ve had with something so important.
Was told we would have someone from company to fix my mothers wheelchair, put aside all my errands, called after 45 mins late ( with a three hour window )and got an answering machine. NOT happy.
Never show up when telling you they will…..no call to let you know—- always a different story when you call. AVOID!!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy.wish there was a zero star!!!!!
Curt, rude, and incompetent. A manager actually blamed a problem, before he heard what the issue was, on another employee because she is overworked. Getting the right supplies are a headach. Calling my insurance co. about this place, and the Doc, and the BBB. Just not worth the money or effort.
