Reception is rude, phone line doesn’t lead anywhere, and nobody actually wants to help you. You just get bounced around to other people who also don’t want to help.
I was told to be there at 7:30, but given no other information. I had no idea where to go, and no one was answering the phones. Staff was rude and unprofessional over the phone. I’m looking elsewhere.
The staff here are horrible. They do not have compassion for the clients which you would think they would show while dealing with clients that are dealing with issues. Very disappointing
Was planning to come try to see them again but obviously they just getting worse and worse not worth wasting my time there are no good therapists these days so sick of this crap
I have called 4 for times to get my referral going and I keep being told I have to come in on a walk in basis. I have no idea how to go about doing this because I keep getting put on hold or transferred to the wrong department.
This place has several extremely ignorant therapists. Susan Peter is one of the worst. Steer clear of her. She has no concept of professionalism. She lets her emotions bias her judgement.

The person who helped me make my appointment, Sasha, was understanding and sympathetic so my experience with ozark guidance of springdale has started out on the right foot.
This place is a joke. If you don’t have insurance or on Medicare it will cost you 235$ per visit for counseling. 215$ to see someone about meds. And there is a month waiting list to see someone about meds.
They are rude.. and aren’t willing to be flexible or understanding. Why do you have to go to a walk in when you first start? I mean your suppose to be there for people who need you but won’t set an appt. Wow.. how are you guys not out of business yet?
Ozark Guidance does such great work in our community and in our schools. Mental Health is so important and Ozark Guidance is there for so many who need their services. The staff and doctors are wonderful. And the environment is professional and nurturing. Thank you OG!
It’s a shame this is the only company that can provide a Victims Panel. They do not comply or care for others life’s in matters to get better. Their excuse is short staffed. Very unprofessional.

Nobody answers the phone, very unorganized to try and schedule classes, counseling was more of an interview than helpful.
