Turned off our water with no notification in a house with 12 people in it, one of them special needs and sick. We had no bottled water, no gallons, and the water was off for hours.
Guys, if you are shutting off water for a whole neighborhood, don’t you think the least you could have done is posted and alert at least on your Facebook page so your customers know what’s going on ?

Government overreaching at its best! I live on Legend Creek Circle. They are putting in a sewer system. Now, if your septic system fails, you are NOT allowed to repair it, but, must pay $4000. to tie into sewer and get the added bonus of additional monthly bill !!!!!

They provide rude, and sloppy customer service to you via inbred knuckle-dragging Neanderthal employees lead by inbred management. If there was ANY other water utility in the area I would use them. I have never heard of security deposits for water before.

Pace Water System acts like your basic utility. They know that you have to use them, and they are not concerned with treating their customers well. They simply are not very courteous or helpful.
Our property was supposed to have water weeks ago, and still doesn’t. We have called a couple times and the answer is always that they just are ignoring us. The only good thing I can say is that the nice lady that answers is at least honest.
My meter box broke in my yard. I called Pace Water for over four months and even talked to man who is in charge of getting the meter box replaced and it still is not replaced after all this time. Terrible customer service.
I own 2 houses and Pace Water messes up the billing and applies both payments to one house. DO NOT set this account on Auto Pay through your bank because they will mess up the billing. Keep a paper trail of your payments.

Beware: Customer Service has no actual power to help you. The point of a Customer Service department is to be able to help the Customer with all billing needs. It is pretty bad when this simple power is split among people who it is 50/50 if they show up to work that day.

The worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Tear up your yard, does not leave any message, then takes over a month attempting to repair. Simply place sod on top of partial old grass they tore up. Told BBB they re-sodded, but customer still not happy. What a joke, hope they all have to work for a real company and see what happens.
