Absolutely horrible service, the front desk is unorganized, they never have anything sorted out. The lead at the front desk is very rude to his staff, is rude in general. William Flores is the only reason why I keep going back.
Disorganized office with very poor communication with patients. I’ve watched it decline and no one seems to be addressing it. Very disappointed to say this after years of loyalty.
I’ve had two doctors here and they given me the best care I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve never had an issue with billing so I can’t speak to the comments on this issue.

Some great Dr’s (Dr Flores and Dr Tellez) here but management is AWFUL The place is archaic – ad hoc paper files and a money over healthcare attitude. It was a great place 10 years ago but has been in serious decline.
