They do not care about your pain. Appointment 10/21 told needed 2 shots and a nerve blocker shot . Scheduled the 2 shots 11/8 won’t schedule the nerve blocker until a follow up changed the follow up to 12/2 so won’t even talk about scheduling for 7 weeks after there own recommendations. This clinic is the BEST out of 6 clinics and 8 doctors I’ve consulted so far. These folks were able to do what my previous providers couldn’t do for the last 9 years! My pain level has decreased and somehow I can now walk and drive my car. I can’t thank them enough!
My experience going to the Pain Clinic is very positive. From the reception to appointment I find professionals & politeness. Time is taken & am never rushed. That was not always the situation under prior management. My CNA is always with me & also noted the difference.
