There have been numerous times where our recyclables have not been picked up. This leads to overflows and garbage being left by the bins on the ground. Garbage pickup on the other hand is routine and there are no problems.
Nicest people you’d ever want to talk to if you ever have the opportunity or need to call. Drivers in my neighborhood recognize me (I work from home so I’m here all the time) and wave. Just good people!!!
I’ve had to call twice to remind them to pick up trash and recycling. The times of day they came were randomozed, so would never know if they were coming. That would have been fine if not for the fact that today I was treated so rudely that I will only ever feel well rid of them.
