The worst garbage service in Lincoln. They are very rude and do not pick up garbage on time at all. Half of the time they refuse to even take our garbage and just leave it there. Their customer service is useless as well.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They broke a wheel on my dumpster and then said they would switch it out. That was a month ago. Called to see why and was treated horribly and still no new garbage can. Cancelled service. Alot better companies and better price.
I think the service is wonderful. Sometimes when my Wife or I forget to bring the trash down to the curb, they will grab it from the side of our house. I have never had a trash company do that in 25 years of paying for trash. They only downfall, I wish there were a way to pay the bill online.
