Palmetto Bone & Joint was established in 1994 to serve the communities of the Midlands and Upstate of South Carolina with state-of-the-art orthopedic medicine. Today, our orthopedic surgeons and staff provide exceptional, patient-centered orthopedic care from two locations, one in Clinton, the other in Newberry.At Palmetto Bone & Joint, our patients truly come first. My wife, my grandson, granddaughter and I are patients of Dr Elaric Van Dam and find him to be an excellent doctor. However, the office staff is another story. They do not answer the phone and never return phone calls at the Chapin office.

I had an appoint with Dr. Van Dam for treatment on my neck. Waited an hour and in walks my back Dr Gundu to my surprise. Long story short, I wasted two hours and nothing was done. However, I did get a prescription. Called next day to complain. They acted like it was my fault. Going to another practice. They were just rude.
