After plumber told us the sewer was clogged on the City side, we called our service provider, Palmetto Utilities waste water services, and they arrived about an hour or less later. They rang our bell to let us know it was fixed and put the covers back on.
It’s a shame…. extortion $60/month for sewer services while others charge $10-30 max monthly. Wish there was another company to choose from with reasonable rates. Customer service response is quick to answer your call.
Good luck getting any services started on the weekend. Not only did the office close at 12 on a Friday but apparently nobody on the emergency side was aware. They told me to call customer on Tuesday of NEXT WEEK! And not to flush. Now I’ll have to hope my kid doesn’t accidentally flush the toilet and cause damage.
