I’ve seen Doug since I was a preteen. I won’t see anyone else, and I’ve made my insurance decisions based on his care. He’s fantastic, Julia’s fantastic, and so is everyone on staff at Paradigm.
WARNING they don’t track how much they have billed insurance and will not warn you if you have gone over your insurance allotment for the year. Filing a complaint with the BBB. They will say it is not there job to track insurance billing.

I recently had a filling using laser technology to prepare the area. Instead of the traditional anesthesia injection to numb my jaw, it only required a little topical solution on the surface. The whole procedure was free of pain, and I left with my face feeling normal. I really appreciate Dr. Rust providing this kind of care!

Had the opportunity to use a new laser device in use for (among other things) cavity removal. The entire process took about 12 minutes from sitting in the chair and I didn’t even need local anesthetic! They always have the most updated technology and really show patients they care.
