  1. If I could give a minus rating, this Paradise utility would qualify. PID brings new meaning to “dysfunctional” and only exists because there are no other options. It holds a monopoly in our little town and is not only completely …

  2. It’s been 6 months since the fire and I just got another PID bill. This one’s for $43.65, the same amount I’ve paid each month since the fire. The thing is, no one is living at the address because there is no home. My 2 questions would have …

  3. Sorry excuse for a utility company. Inempt rude employees, convoluted bills that they themselves can’t explain. Sending bills to homes that dont exist after the fire. Oh, dont forget the $9 per week fee to be a resident. I used $9 of water …

  4. We discovered a large leak on our property. P I D said they will not fix it unless we sign up for water service. Which seems silly, since the house has burned. You would think wasted water should be fixed regardless ?

  5. I think we have great tasting water and are lucky to have our own water. Talk in town is that the water agency is cooked, etc., but I don’t know anything about the politics of Paradise Irrigation. I just know they give good service and at a reasonable price. I’m thankful.

  6. My experience was positive, they did not ask for the challenge of losing 90% of their clients overnight and some patience is in order. I found Angela in particular very helpful and she expedited my meter installation once she realized my home was almost complete. This is a company struggling to adapt and I found them doing their best.

  7. Said they permanently would shut my water off and now my land is being auctioned off by next june if I don’t pay the bill of nearly $900 pid racked up. Im sending a demand letter then suing in court to have it removed, il be adding punitive damages if i actually need to show up to the court.
