  1. classes here are great, which is the main thing. wish desperately for a centrally located place to get consistent decent coffee, and predictable parking availability.

  2. I want my friend Alan Buitimea Gutierrez a student at this school to come to dutch with me and my friends but he can’t because this school doesn’t cancel classes the day before Thanksgiving. Not cool PVCC 👎 …

  3. Not sure why there are only negative feedback about PVCC. Really, what was so wrong? I’ve been going to PVCC on and off since 2003 and they’re always improving and I’ve had all good experiences!

  4. How stupid is this administration? They apparently do not even understand the first amendment to the constitution. It is very clearly apparent that there is zero possibility of anyone over 5 years old being able to obtain an education from the astounding ignorance of these people.

  5. My first year at PVCC was aweful. There was only one or two advisor who helped me other than that they dont wanna deal with you so the keep telling you to go to a different person…Not going back

  6. Students BEWARE: If you have a car problem as battery needing charge and you call the school staff in charge of it for help, check your battery poles before letting them connect the charger. This guys are not MECHANICS. …

  7. If interested in PVCC, do call.
Cynthia who answered my call was very informative and gave me all the information needed to take the next steps. GRATITUDE to Cynthia.
Looking forward to sharing the future experience of signing up at PVCC.

  8. PVCC is a great place to begin your college career. The faculty and staff are very helpful and try to make sure that you start off on the right foot. The tutors at the learning support center are very good and they help get rid of those …

  9. Terrible financial aid office. You go in and all they do is tell you to go online and fill out a form. Never mind if you have trouble finding the form or need help filling it out, they give you a number to call. After being in the office …

  10. I love this place. Its so cheap and great to get an associates. They have a free tutoring center which is very nice and all the professors are so nice and helpful. t costs about 12-15 hundred a semester

  11. Phoenix College is the best way to go. I agree the teachers don’t care nor do they want to help you succeed. The advisors don’t listen. The only good thing about this school is the astronomy teacher Mrs. Weitz she’s a great instructor. …

  12. Only programming class they offer is actually a class on how to work in groups with a little bit of programming theory. Second nearest community college uses the same lazy teacher too. If you care about your grade, avoid, because somebody …

  13. I had so many issues with my Fafsa! It got to the point where I dropped all of my classes before I even started. And the girl in admissions did not give a F or try to help me at all. I now know why I’ve heard bad things about this school. I put so much work into just getting signed up for classes, all for nothing.

  14. The women who worked there today checking us in (at 3:10pm on 9/14) was incredibly rude. I understand its hot out, but there is no need to be rude.

  15. To be honest, this campus has options available for every type of student. If you want to just jam out and get a 2 year degree, you can. If you want to set yourself up to transfer to a University, you can do that too. Or there are …

  16. Paradise Valley community college is a great campus for me and here is why:

I am VERY active in asking for help and checking things out BEFORE MY DEADLINE. …

  17. DO NOT GO HERE. I have never seen such an unorganized, rude, non-caring institution. The teaches do not care about the students they teach. They are only there for a paycheck. The administration/councilor/enrollment offices are even worse! …

  18. Very proud to have gone to PVCC. It made me ready to pursue my career and am very grateful. The professors are expected exceptionally knowledgeable and care for your education. I wish I could go back in time and go there again.

  19. PVCC is a great community college that is around a great area. This college is not to big but not to small either, I feel that it is just right. I have been there for a year and a half now I have made many great friends and memories on this …

  20. One Star for the amazing teacher I had and one star for Matthew at the help desk, over all the administration at this school has NO idea what they are doing. Advisors give wrong information regarding test (the story on accepting the classic …

  21. It’s a great school and the teachers are fantastic but you have to watch the office administration. They like to change classes that you’ve already registered for and not tell you about it. Also during the summer the staff seem very lackluster about their job.

  22. The only good thing about this school are some of the teachers that care. Other than that I would never go to a school where the dean doesn’t care that a teacher isn’t teaching. Any other community college is better. Save your money, save your time, go to a school that is full disclosure on courses you need for a degree.

  23. I loved my time here for the most part! The CPD teacher Dr.Mendoza is amazing and very kind, it was a perfect welcoming to the college life. Another great counselor was Donna Mosher, she is very kind and will help you with any problem …

  24. Most colleges have excellent tutoring services, like at the 4-year college I attended, before taking classes at PVCC. Unfortunately, the writing tutors at this college are TERRIBLE! No help, not friendly, and they don’t seem to be good …

  25. I have been attending PVCC on & off since 1990. There have been a ton of upgrades to the campus since I started & the number of programs offered has increased as well. I still enjoy the quiet, small community feel that you get from …

  26. The place looks good 👍, also the professor was very helpful and I was very grateful for her opinion and help 😊. The college is beautiful. The people walking 🚶‍♀️seem happy 😊. …

  27. I had a great experience at PVCC when I was working on my transfer degree. I see a lot of negative reviews here and I understand that everyone’s experience is different… however, I think you’ll get out of it what you put in (to sound …

  28. Whether you are just starting out at college after high school or you’re a returning student, PVCC is a great choice! Having my mom as an PV alumna made the transition to college much easier for me and gave me a better idea of what to …

  29. Spends thousands checks out 20$ wifi hotspot that barely can get the thing to connect half the time PVCC places hold on your academic account and subsequent debt collections.

  30. I love my school! Students are friendly! The teachers are so cool and we have some awesome programs. Recently we did a food drive and it felt good to help others. @pacdonitti

  31. I do my running on the track, it’s not the most modern up-to-date facility when it comes to their sports courts, it could use some upgrades, but it’s free and it’s a very nice setting and backs up to the golf course, and it’s better than …

  32. Paradise Valley Community college is more than just a college because it is truly a community with people who truly care about your success! The teachers, staff, and students all make you feel welcome. The campus is also beautiful to talk a …

  33. I love PVCC and would highly recommend attending this college. The atmosphere on campus amongst staff, faculty, and students is great. Any scheduling issues i’ve run into have been solved by the admissions/advising team. There’s also loads of amazing classes and clubs to choose from each semester!

  34. PVCC not only has a beautiful campus, but also offers a wide variety of programs. Student life events are another great advantage of this college. PVCC actively offers opportunities for students to get involved, and provides support for …
