10 years later their customer service is still horrible, and they consistently get it wrong and tack the customer with irreversible fees. Great motivation to go off the grid.
Tom has been awesome to work with. Very helpful answering questions and dealing with the limited information on our end. If at all possible, deal with Park Electric and avoid the cluster that is NorthWestern Energy.
Don’t put cash in the Dropbox, they will steal it and accuse you of lying. Horrible customer service and shady business practices, hands down the worst electric service around.
Reliability has become a big problem this year. There have been several lengthy, unannounced outages lately, in addition to several planned outages. If they can’t keep the grid up and running they should start handing out generators to us.
