Customer service was appalling. Water unexpectedly was turned off and the customer service rep was completely clueless and unhelpful. How is this even a legit company?!
They are horrible. They have no mercy and won’t make any payment arrangements with you. I hate this company and the customer service is the worst. The ladies that answer the phone sound like they are so unhappy with their lives.
I wish I can give “0” stars. For some reason my bill is up $40!!!!!!!! Why?? My husband works 12 hour days and I am away from home for 12+ hours because of traffic. We literally come home to cook and shower, what is up with the price increase??? This is the worst.

Bill is way too high. I’ve had someone come out a few times tio check if there’s a leak…no leak. Water bill is higher than the neighbors and they have more people that live with them. I agree very shady.
Park water does not care about service or water conservation. We have called several times about a leak at their meter. No action. I guess they like it if the customer gets stuck with the cost.

There was a cockroach or water bug right outside the door, the inside was not clean and it was earlier in the morning. The counters were dirty and the woman taking payments inside was not pleasant. She was short and did not greet customers with a hello or thank you. Poor customer service.
