Service guys are amazing! But….. Customer service in the service department needs training. No disclosure whatsoever in pricing, fees etc. New customer but probably not for long. Tell your people what they are looking at for cost, especially in times of super high inflation. Very disappointed.

I had a leak in the valve they used to fill my tank after they filled it. I found the leak about 3 weeks before moving. They told me it would be ok to use. They said I would be reimbursed for what was left and we would come to an agreement of what leaked out. 6 months later I can’t even get anyone to talk to me or return my calls!
New service hooked up at second home at Lake Gaston. Very seamless process even with setting up a monitor to see fuel levels, installing converters for stove, and coming back to hook up line for the grill. Very pleasant staff!!
