Terrible company. Constant power outages from “faulty” equipment, aren’t they the ones doing this faulty work? Three in the last 30 days. All the employees have terrible attitudes.I am in the process of moving just to get away from this place.
The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I called before I went down, when I got there they had everything set up for me. They have a drive-thru service as of right now there is no entry into the building other than employees.
Parkland electric is horrible. The power goes out on a regular basis in my neighborhood. So sick of this. When I call they are so rude. They just suck. Can’t wait to move out of Parkland and it is mainly because of Parkland electric. Thanks for nothing.

Moved into the house I purchased on July 2nd, today my power got recently shut off. No warning, no information given to me to make a payment. Called and they wouldn’t accept my payment for $100. So now I’m out of power until the following day. Dude that I talked to was a dirt bag as well.
Zeke and the entire PL&W group have been the easiest and most effective part of getting our new house move in ready. They are pleasant, helpful and effective. Thank you again Parkland Light and Water for being a great organization!!!

Reliable utility company, power is one of, if not the lowest, rate per kwh, and water is always very low cost for us (tastes great too). They are usually prompt in fixing outages, and we are always made aware of planned work that will interrupt our services ahead of time.
