This outfit is all over the lot………..the only consistency is ,,,they are consistently late for all pick up………and non-existent on recycle pickup, I chased them down the street several weeks back..
I have always had great service. When I call about big items or extra bags, they are always friendly and accommodating. The cost is excellent even for individual items that are large.
Their trucks are dangerous they drive way to fast through our neighborhoods and drop Garbage out of can in front of the homes and leave it there.
Their drivers are rude and have no respect for out neighborhood.
Longtime customers pay more than beginning customers..so we’re punished for supporting them!!! Bad customer service!!

Very poor garbage service! You constantly have to call them & inquire as to why your garbage hasn’t been picked up when it was supposed to be or because they leave trash cans in front of your mailbox. Now they are not picking up recycling like they are supposed to be.

I called early last week to ask for a new garbage can because the wheel broke off. The woman told me they would be out in a few days to bring me a new one. Didn’t happen. I called again and a woman told me it can take weeks. I asked if I would be compensated and she did not respond. Lady was very proud and not compassionate.
