In addition to keeping your community clean and beautiful, we take great pride in offering our customers prompt, efficient, and courteous trash collection.Parks & Sons is committed to working with customers to help protect the environment. In fact, in 2009 we expanded our recycling efforts by implementing three state-of-the art single-stream programs offered to commercial and residential customers. In these programs, paper, plastics, glass, aluminum/tin, and cardboard are all collected in a single receptacle, taken to a municipal recycling facility, and eventually reproduced into consumer goods. It our hope to continue working with our customers and vendors to develop and implement innovative programs such as these in order to reduce the negative impact on the natural environment.

These people really hustle to pick up our trash. And when I call their office the lady there is always so polite and cheerful.

The fees are exorbitant and they instill auto pay whenever they feel like it.
I was shocked to get my bill this month and find a huge increase in annual trash fees! They just increased the bill by 35% from last year? What the hell happened? Sun City needs to seek out a new trash hauling contractor!
Yeah, they are sticklers about protocol but wearer treated humanely with a slightly overpacked dumpster….a board was sticking up. They took the time to explain that there is a rolling cover and the contents HAVE to be below the line.
They are a five star company, but lately my garbage is not being picked up. I heard the truck this morning and went outside this morning several hours after hearing the truck, and my trash was still filled .. 2nd time this month.
I agree with those who say ignore the bad reviews.. this firm does all it’s supposed to do, and does it well.. we’ve been customers for 6 years with out ONE glitch, the workers are fast and friendly.. renting a dumpster is easy and cheap, and bottom line is they do the city’s dirty work and do it well.. I’m proud to be a customer!

The guys that come to dump my large dumpster are great, always very helpful and nice! Not your typical “garbage men” lol One time I forget to put my dumpster out and they were nice enough to knock on my door!

I am one of those people who do not have a lot of trash or recycling so i might only put my cans out for pickup once a month but yet they only offer one size of can and one type of plan so I’m stuck paying $19 a month for a service i barely use.
This company has TWICE ran down my fence! Their response is that they will not cover any of it? Now I saw their employees run over my neighbors realty sign. They are horrible. I would love to know what their response is now that it’s a public complaint? Hmmm.

Just so you know that the recycling is being put in the same truck as the trash because of permitting issues at where they send the recycling. Continue to put recycling in proper bin and look for a credit on your bill dated back to April as per the El Mirage recycling division supervisor.
