I was billed for tests never done (no samples were ever taken..nothing). The woman I spoke with at Pathology Reference Laboratory 12/15/17 seemed to have grown annoyed with my questions, saying “have a nice day”, and promptly hung up on me.
This lab is wonderful. The doctors and staff are so caring, responsive and helpful. I plan to make this my go to lab going forward for my family.
