Customer support made rude comments and said I should know everything about telephones because I work in IT.
The management offices at Westgate Mall switched to Pathwayz in 2012, and it was an excellent decision on our part. Pathwayz’ personnel are extremely helpful and responsive, and this company has the kind of relationship with its customers that every business should strive for.
So, online searches state that this company offers home internet services. Rude lady on the phone flat out says no. I point out that their online information says the opposite and she just spits out, “well we don’t anymore.” She’s loosing you sales left and right.
I have no complaints about this service, everything should be truly 5 stars. My only complaint well gripe really was it takes them 10 to 12 days to get to you…sudden link which i didnt even place my order that guy was ready to hook things …
