Just picked up a patient the one in back with patient had No mask. Covid 19 . Can’t protect the patient or himself. Don’t know who was last one treated .
Dont use this service they are money grubbing crooks 759.95. They tried to charge me this much for a 3 mile ride . They wont see a red cent from me . Drop dead crooks .

ALS charge 10% higher than Swartz and do not come close to the discount Swartz offered for paying cash. I have had experience with several Ambalance services and I will request “anyone but Patriot.”
I had two guys pick me up and I was in so much pain they were so compassionate . Talked to me the whole way to keep my mind off the pain. If I ever call an ambulance back it will be patriot. Very nice guys.

We were forced to pay a portion even thought they were not needed and we did not call. They got paid by our insurance and still said that we had to pay as well or they would take it to a credit agency. Greedy

No!! Carried my husband out without a gurney or flatboard! One man literally put husband in a ‘bear hug’ and walked him out. My husband had brain bleeds and fractured neck from fall and that’s how they took him out??? Don’t even think of sending me a bill!!
