I’ve had a couple bad experiences with the receptionist ( separate occasions, different lady)…they just seemed very short with you but I like Dr. Lopez.
Spoke with MD Lopez tonight who was on call. Very unprofessional, didn’t seem like she cared at all. Will be finding a new pediatrician ASAP. Do NOT go here.
Receptionist was super rude to me today!! I have never even been to see a doctor here but after speaking with the receptionist I think I will pass. Need to have better customer service especially when the first person you speak with his rude and matter of fact.
Dr. Lopez has no actual information to give other than fear-mongering you to take her medications and go about her procedures. Don’t take your kids here. She’s more focused on what goes into her pocket than what goes into your child’s body. Sad.

I love this practice! Dr. Shmalo has been our children’s (ages 10 and 7) pediatrician since they were born. He is fantastic, friendly, and has easily resolved any health issues our children have had (big or small). The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful, as well.
