Nornally they have been very helpfull and timely. The last 2 visits I had to wait over 30 minutes for my kid to be seen.
I use Haskell and Rumpke primarily and my experiences are great. Wait time is decent and care has been spot on.
They are fantastic with my daughter. She has been going there ever since she was born. She is now 3 and we are glad that we chose this place.
The doctors and staff are always amazing. Just wish that they’d actually answer the phone starting at 8am. I usually can’t get through until 8:30 and by then the appointments for the day are slim.
Petty…uncaring…unethical practice.they cut your child if you miss a appointment. After being cut they denied my son his prescription stating he was no longer a patient..who does that…deny a child their meds…thats not cool at all…i bet if i was of another color…it would have been a different story.

The doctors are decent. The front desk staff appear more interested in discussing other patients right out in public. They are not very friendly. Very long wait times once you get into the examination rooms. Been sitting here waiting for about a half hour.
