A couple of the MA’s ruin the whole practice. One of the worst is Kristi. She very rude and harsh with kids. She is impersonate and abrupt with parents.
In the time my children went there over 4 years their nurse practitioner Brittany misdiagnosed my Childer on multiple occasions causing me to seek second opinions almost every time I visited. Save your self some time and go somewhere else.
Now on our second child using this office and couldn’t be happier! Staff, PAs, and Drs all excellent.
We love Pediatrics West. Great staff, very professional, and have always been extremely helpful in “emergency” situations such as late night ear infections, croup, etc.
How could a doctors office stop seeing a child? Like for what reason? We missed some appointments but you won’t treat my son any more. That’s sickening and sad. My son loves his pediatrician….. smh….
We have taken our two kids here for 10 years and they are great. Dr. Applegate is fantastic. Most of these reviews are people who have had a small problem, don’t be deterred.
We have had great experiences each time we have come in since our son was born 3 years ago. They are usually able to accommodate last minute appointments, quick to answer after hours illness questions and always pleasant and informative during appointments.
We’ve been going for two years with our son and have had nothing but good experiences. We mainly see PA Stephanie but we’ve also seen another and they were both kind, attentive and took time to answer all our questions, which we had a lot being new parents.
We could not be more happy with our pediatrician, Dr. Applegate. She is so knowledgeable and personable, and it’s always a very positive experience while we are there. We feel like we can ask as many questions as we need, and never feel rushed. Overall very happy with Pediatrics West and Dr. Applegate!
