While I’m trying to get issues with my works benefits center worked out they charged my card $500 with no warning. I have communicated this to them on multiple occasions but they dont care apparently.
Paitent have to call insurance company over and over again to get the bill paid. So after a couple of attempts, I just gave up, paid balance and transfered to another clinic.
The doctor and staff were very helpful and compassionate when I brought my son into their Arlington Heights AfterHours care. He was treated promptly, given superior attention and care.
This company failed to notify us that there is a charge for PPE during covid times per visit and it’s a shame because we do like the doctors and the personnel there. Due to that we are changing pediatrician that does not charge PPE fee. …
