It seems there is some personal satisfaction in threatening to disconnect. You get behind 14 dollars and receive a disconnect notice charged with a 75 trip fee and a very rude Office admin. Sad times were in.
15 days of non-payment and your power will be shut off. Absolutely terrible company. Terrible customer service set in the Stone Age. Terrible communication. Prefers snail mail and checks. People are forced to use them so the company has no incentive to be a decent company. Outrageously expensive.
