We never had hospital staff that was so caring, respectful, and courteous as Pella regional. Out of all the medical centers in this regional they are by far the best.
They are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. And they make you feel like they care. Not stuck in a room and forgotten.
Able to schedule my mammogram at the same re my husband had a doctor’s appt.
They took such good care of me even though I am only 13 years old and they helped me get through appendix ISIS and made sure I made it through surgery perfectly fine. Greatest hospital staff ever.

I have been treated numerous times for a minor problem then. Now, I feel this issue has complications due to an increase in symptom’s including extreme pain. Waited 5 hours on an X-ray. Pushed the nurse button and nobody came. The nurses are always messing around and acting unprofessional.They don’t deserve the award they got. My husband had outpatient surgery at this facility. From start to finish the service was great. Every staff member we came into contact with treated us with warmth and kindness.
