Poor customer service! Missed my trash collection and when I called to let them know, they wanted to charge me again for a collection I already paid for that they didn’t collect!!! Will never use them again!
Drivers are careless and again for the 4th time in 2 months didn’t pick up my trash but picked up neighbors. Called left messages and yet to get a phone call back.
I wish I could give them zero stars for making me wait all day for a dumpster that never came, despite Grace’s assurances that it would be there soon. Don’t hire this company.
Can your drivers just please stop when picking up trash cans? Instead of throwing my garbage cans all over the neighborhood because the guy driving doesn’t want to go below 15 mph? This happens way too often.
Drivers are unprofessional and rude. I saw one driver swearing and throwing around a neighbors trash cans because he had to get out of his truck, same driver yelled at me saying the cans have to be on other sides of our driveway or they won’t pick up. If you can find an alternative company for your waste removal.

We utilize this company frequently for temporary dumpster rentals, and we have ZERO compllaints. The customer service is great, the delivery and pick up is always on time, and the price is competitive.
This company is the worst. Consistently forgets to pick up. When called the soonest they can come is 4 days after pick up day. They also try to skip out, and ask you to wait until next week. They do this about once every 6 weeks and make no apology or effort to make it right. Time to call waste management.

This is one of the most unintelligent businesses that I’ve had to deal with. They cannot hold a consistent route schedule and my trash is often not picked up. Contacting them about the issues simply results in them asking you to wait until the next weekly cycle. It is unacceptable.

So far so good. Just started this new service 2 months ago as a business account. Their first pickup was at 4am but since then it has been at a reasonable time and service has been going smoothly.
