one of the worst pud i have ever dealt with…slow to response and cant find the problem…sit in the rain and wth watch the guys drive up and down highway 20 looking for the down lines…there system is out dated and needs to be update a few years back…need to cut down trees around the power lines,,,

PUD is very helpful when speaking to customer service and the response time for outages is very quick and the price is less than most other power outlets in the area. Thanks PUD keep up the good work!
Very responsive. When we had a problem PUD responded quickly! The lady Sarah was very polite and handled my concerns very professionally.
We are Happy with our local Utility provider!!
PUD is great really. The prices are far less than Avista ( by allot ) and their staff are always friendly and helpful. Another nice thing is they get the power back up and going relatively quickly even after pretty bad storm’s. Nowadays that’s rare and is appreciated.
Just moved and this PUD is hand down the most helpful one I have used in all the places we have lived. Lisa with the Fiber department went out of her way to help me many times. So glad we moved here, this PUD/County had amazing insight in building good infrastructure for the future.

The only power company in the whole area that doesn’t have someone to answer the phone. Make sure you have a generator if you live in this county…

Soooo many power outages! Moved from mt spokane serviced by inland power. More remote and had half the outages.
