If I could just add a picture of the huge bucket truck they parked IN my driveway for more than an hour before I called, while they were a mile up the road working on something that had NOTHING to do with my property, I would.   16. They burn coal. I’ve signed up with Ethical Electric, but still have to pay my bill through these guys. Penelec charges, $9.99, as well as, other fees. I understand the fee to maintain their lines, but they gouge you. They want to pollute and destroy, as well as, rape you if you switch.

  22. I dont have any complaints about this service company. They have always been more than fair with our family. When we have had problems meeting the payment they have always allowed us to make payments and i have NEVER spoken to an unkind representative.

  23. Poor service, overpriced. Overcharged us $300 over a 3 month period, didn’t get a refund until 6 months later. Probably going to happen again this winter because they don’t check meters. Services on the website don’t work a lot of the time. Can’t wait to move somewhere with different service.

  27. Horrible customer service in regards to billing department. On hold for 18 minutes, talked for 5, transferred to another department for 33 minutes. Any time of day and any time of year they are perpetually “experiencing higher than expected call volumes”. Reps were great once they answered.
