It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to pay my bill online. I get into my acct then anything i choose icloud comes up and says I’VE timed out……making me sign in AGAIN…..5 TIMES SO FAR.

Our power went out today during the snow storm. PenLight answered immediately when we called to report it and were very friendly. They were overwhelmed by power outages yet they still had our neighborhood’s power back in 3 hours. Great job Pen Light!!!

Peninsula Light has been wonderful. I have been a member for about 48 years and the service has been great. They have tried to do what they can to minimize outages, but Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate. The crews work really hard to get power back on each time . Reported street light out 5 days ago, was told they would get to it at their convenience. We have had three cars have their gas tanks drilled into and gas stolen because of nobody at the light company wanting to do the job they are being paid for.That is what happens when you have a monopoly control a service to anyone.
