During my last visit I waited 45 minutes to be seen (with 2 toddlers along) and was rushed through the appointment. I wish I could say it wasn’t like this every appointment, but it has been.
Trying to get refills for prescriptions is a nightmare. Two weeks of waiting for insulin refills has resulted in running out of insulin and still don’t have a refill called to the pharmacy.
Wanted to transfer my records to be closer to my home. Requires a$25.00 fee to transfer records. Obviously they are not looking out for the patient wellbeing.
I have been with Dr. Salem for many years and absolutely adore him. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time with me, and makes sure I understand everything that is going on.

Staff is friendly, office is clean and Doctors are knowledgeable and will listen to concerns. They make you feel comfortable and answer questions with out hesitation.
I have been a patient of Dr Saba Faiz for a few years now and she has taken very good care of me , very patient and understanding . Explaining everything to me helping me get thru some very difficult health issues . Can not understand why anyone would have a problem with her staff they are very kind and helpful .
