The city of Arnold lied when they told the taxpayers that switching to PAMS would save money for the residents!   18. You pay the bill online and they charge a fee for that. You send a paper check from your bank’s bill pay and somehow it takes ten days to arrive, unlike the other bills, and you are hit with a 35 dollar late fee. This is the predatory tax collector we all need. Thank you for your awful, profiteering tactics.
