This credit union is terrible!!! They allowed a company that claimed I owed them some money send them some papers and gave them my money I had in my account without even finding out if I knew about it and also charged me for giving them my money.
I have only had positive experiences with the tellers and the security guard even let me in at 5:05. I didn’t know they closed at 5 M-Th . I hate the entrance too. All banks in Detroit are like that since the early ’90s. Just terrible, a real over
For it to only have one location it sure does not care about members. They refuse to answer their phones whilst I can’t log into my account to check my balance due to their terrible job with the new website and app. They want me to travel to their only location in Southfield to be able to obtain my information.
I’ve been a member for 47 years I love the staff I love everything the only thing I wish that they will bring back would be the likeable leasing for cars instead of having a long-term with a car you can lease a car for shirt term and low monthly payments

Been with them for 3 years tried to receive a loan of 1000 and was denied for length of employment. Just a year ago I had a loan for 1300 it they was fine with that. Glad to have michigan first credit union they helped me out when I just found a new job
