Someone hit my husband’s parked car insured by this company. Staff were not helpful, friendly or professional. It was over a month before my husband was compensated. I would never use this company.

Can’t even describe how terrible the service is. They do not answer the phone. They do not send adjustors to investigate claims. They just take money and do nothing.
