Worst power company I’ve ever dealt with, during power outages you can’t get ahold of anyone.

Service has been down for three days. This is not what we pay for. Fix it before you lose your customers.
Power goes out constantly and they turn you off if you are even slightly late then charge exhorbirant reconnect fees.
The best service. Their app is great! Makes reporting an outage super easy!
It sucked. Live about 3 1/2 half miles out of town off a major highway and they don’t have internet service for me.
Too dang high. People in PULASKI TENN can’t afford these high bills they put on them. It’s ridiculous that one person living in a house an is hardly ever there has a $400 electric bill.

Thank you for trimming the fallen limb that was hanging in the tree off the service line to my parents house. The crews did a great job trimming the limbs and cleaning them up.
I recieve my bill in the mail AFTER it’s due every single time, and frequently do not receive a bill at all. They take no responsibility for that either.
The interenet and cable service is unreliable. Frequently I have to reset the system and hope that before the show or event that I wish to watch is still on whenever it gets around to working. If you have another option for service, take it!!! Unfortunately, I don’t have another option because of my lease.
All I wanna do is pay ya’ll and nobody will even answer the phone. Your automated system is no set up for multiple meters on a single phone line.

They have a Facebook that they keep the public up to date on about any power outages and such. Pretty cool for an electric company. They supply the power to the business I work for.
Their internet is overpriced and slower than their competitors, it costs like $30 for a landline, and they randomly change billing dates for automatic billing which can cause people to become overdrawn at the bank. The bright flood lights they’ve put up in places are also perfectly angled to blind people.
I have always had amazing customer service! They are always willing to work with people on trouble shooting! For a small town we have big city internet accessibility because of PES Energize!

By far the best ISP i have ever had to deal with. Nothing beats the personalized service i get with the Techs over the phone/email, everything I’ve needed them to do they have done in a timely manor. PES is by far THE WORST electric company. So many people in town praise them but in fact – they are horrible. Price gouge in the Winter and can’t keep power on during the Summer’s hottest days. One blown tree will throw them in panic mode and power is out for much too long. Please get it together!!

Great electric and internet services available.
Customer service is amazing.
They are always cutting my wifi and power off before it’s due let alone past due. The employees are rude when I call to ask why my power is cut off. They never send me a bill in my email or actual mail. They never send a notice of cut off. Horrible. Wish I could get power service from somewhere else.
