When the internet actually works, it’s alright. It’s overpriced and you don’t even get what you pay for. At 10Mbps I was getting 6Mbps; now at 25Mbps I’m lucky to get 15Mbps. They don’t offer 1Gbps speeds where I live (too far from town). I’m just waiting for Ozarks fiber optic to get installed in my area.
I’ve had pgtelco for years. Not once have I ever received the internet speed I’m paying for. The customer service used to be decent, at least. However, the last 4 years of customer service has significantly declined to the point of rudeness. I’m patiently waiting for another internet company to service my area.

We have no issues with their internet service at all. I’m thankful for having a locally owned company that cares about their customers.
If at all possible use a different ISP! This place is a monopoly, they throttle connections when there is plenty of headroom. Been with them going on a year and I’ve not seen a single improvement. This is 2020 not 2000 stop capping the connections and over charging and under delivering please!
