Can’t get anybody on the phone, can’t log in on the website, can’t pay on the website, you get charge to pay your bill through western union, overall just BAD, I have no choice, my loan was sold to this people. Would not get a loan from them, if given a choice.
My mortgage was transferred from Wells Fargo to PPH based in mt. Laurel New Jersey but all calls get routed to Philippines. I do not want to talk to anyone from the Philippines and I cannot understand them either. I want to talk to the lender in NJ, I want to talk to an American. HATE THIS!!!
