  1. We love PCOM here at our agency. We work closely with PCOM to manage our individuals health. I am the nursing director at an agency that supports Intellectually disabled individuals. We work closely with Michelle T who consistently …

  2. I can not say enough about how helpful the staff at PCOM have been. Specifically Michelle Turrentine. She has assisted me with obtaining referrals, lab slips, and other documents for my consumers. She is an integral part of the team at …

  3. Dr. Dyanne Westerberg is extremely rude, disrespectful & demeaning. She doesn’t listen to you & is very condensing. I will never tell anyone to go to the family medicine clinic.

  4. They don’t care about alumni unless you give them money. I received my MD from them and have tried countless times to speak to them about some credit issues and I just get automated e-mails.

  5. Osteopathy is pseudo science. Plain and simple. Anyone promoting it as an alternative to real medicine deserves to be shut down and fined for endangering the patients that are trusting their health to them.

  6. Please read regarding the 46th ranked PCOM PA program! After attending PCOM PA program, I made it out by the skin of my teeth, literally!! I spoke with numerous PA colleagues from other programs and my experience was horrible compared to …

  7. Dr. Becker and Dr. Biddi used to be awesome. But now you can’t even get an appointment with them cause they are so busy and never available. Then you can never get an appointment anymore. You call and they never pick up. Holding time has been as long as 20 minutes. Used to love this office but I think it’s time to find another doctor.

  8. I was surprised to see the new updates to the office and staff. All good things! The staff was very professional and courteous. I have be coming here for many years and today was one of the better visits.

  9. Had appointment at Metropolitan Neurology Associates. Dr. Michael Levin is very kind and provides great care. Takes time to answer questions and address concerns.

  10. I was recommended to see Dr. Todd Kelman by Dr. Robby Pullen to look at an x-ray taken of my right hand. He wants me to have an MRI to reach a better conclusion than the x-ray shows. We shall see what the final outcome will be. …

  11. PCOM is super responsive. I left a message about changing pharmacies and expected to wait a while for a call back, but the delightful Fatima reached out to me within 5 minutes of my call and was already working on transferring my …

  12. I had issues with my prescription for my medication that I’ve been inquiring about for awhile. After going back and forth to have the problem resolved, Delilah was able to research and correct the issue. I’m told the next will be correct. Thank you Delilah, in pulmonary department.

  13. After my poor review I am now updating it . I received a call back from Antoinette who apologized for no one answering my call . She stated she is going to look into my prescription problem for my husband and she will get back to me . I appreciate the response to me .

  14. City Avenue Pediatrics is one of the best pediatric practices that I have experienced. All 3 of my grands have doctors there. Only downsides are having to pay for parking and there is a per child fee for medical forms.

  15. I called yesterday for an appointment and spoke with Fatima Daniels the office manager at PCOM Family Medicine. I stated I was not feeling well and she made me an appointment for the next day. First a student saw me asked questions and …
