We smelt gas in our house late at night. We opened all the windows and called PGW. Their guys arrived half an hour later and cleared our home as safe, confirming our suspected malfunctioning cooker knob as the cause. They were swift, pleasant and reassuring. had a gas leak on the weekend, they came out and shut the gas off no problem but wont come and turn it back on, by the time i scheduled someone to come turn it on, it will be three days with no gas. Meter is locked so i cant even test to see if the contractor fixed the issue.

Zero stars. Not a place for 53” foot tractor trailer. Truck is in the road down a one way street. I had to back down the street. Tight on every turn trying to get to this location. Cars parked on the side of the road, which makes it even harder to turn. But they stayed & got me unloaded.
Can’t log into online portal since they changed the website, you have to call to get your online account back, then no one calls you back or you sit on hold forever.
