  5. After waiting on hold for over 50 minutes I hung up. Called back 5 hours later to wait on hold again for 30 minutes. Clearly they have no interest in providing any sort of customer service. I suppose this is a business case for why a lack of competition fails to serve the public.

  53. Horrible horrible customer service. They reject your card payments, charge you a fee, then continue rejecting payments when your card is valid and your bank sees no problem with authentication. You have to call every month just to pay with a customer service rep so that the automated system doesn’t reject the payment.
