Called them to see what time they closed for a propane tank refill 430 I get there at 428 Sorry we’re closed, you knew I was rushing in , keep it i’ll go to BJ’s it’ cheaper.
Very disappointed that they come to “top off my tank” when a refill is not needed so they can charge me $4 a gallon. Doesn’t seem very ethical to me!
Had to stop in on buisness ,The office lady that greeted me and took care of me was very nice and knowlegable ,then they gave me all kinds of promotional item,reuseable grocery bags ,pens,letter opener, ruler, cup koozy etc oh and candy,perfect way to get someone to smile,lol
I was a customer of another local propane company who could not seem to return phone calls and recently switched to Phil’s Propane. Their customer service, technicians and delivery drivers are fantastic!!!!!! (no wonder why my dad always used Phil’s, dad knows best!)
Absolutely unprofessional drivers, not using a blinker, speeding, cutting people off, and not stopping for a stop sign. Not how I’d wanr my people acting with my name on the side of the truck.
Terrible service and rude office staff. We needed a new propane tank installed for a generator and after using them for our existing tank for years, they were extremely rude on the phone and couldn’t get to us for over a month. We cancelled them and went with someone else.
They’re a good outfit, but they no longer charge by the gallon for grill tanks. Now they charge by the tank. It’s more convenient to go to Home Depot.
I recently called into Phil’s propane to ask questions and the Customer Service response was incredibly and we are completely satisfied.
