My experience in the ER last night was very favorable. From check-in to discharge, the doctor (Talley) and nurse (Mitch) took great care of me. Explained what tests would be performed and why. There was very little waiting around and tests results came back quickly. I want to thank everyone and would absolutely recommend this ER.

No Complaints. Had to take my 88 year old Father this morning after he cut his head open and the bleeding wouldn’t stop. Everyone was kind and understood how to communicate with him as he’s hard of hearing. Cat Scan normal and 8 staples later we were sent home. 2 hour total time. Best ER experience to date!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience before, during and after the birth of my daughter at the labor and delivery unit at Phoenixville Hospital. The staff were so attentive and friendly, and we were treated with such great care. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
