Physicians Building Group Reviews ( 42 )

  1. have been trying one week to get through their phone system with no luck at all and no callbacks! Seems they are way too busy to answer calls. Maybe that’s why they are loosing Doctors, like most of the Doctors clinics in Salem OR
    Very curious??

  2. I see all the reviews that they never get call back. Well i will tell you i use Dr Mary Miller and her receptionist shana Has never failed to call me back usually with in an hour but never waited till the next day.Her and Dr Miller are the best

  3. I was there today met a nice doctor but it wasn’t Sandra young my normal doctor my back was thrashed it was an emergency appointment she only gave me two of the four prescriptions she said she would give me this place is terrible I’m crying …

  4. Dr Guha is so insensitive. I don’t care if she knows what she’s doing, but I doubt it, if she doesn’t care about her patients, then she has no business being a doctor.

  5. The customer service here is horrible, I never get my lab results, and when I call to check on them I get treated like a burden. Dr. Jappay treated me like absolute trash, went against my requests, and held my medications hostage and so much more.

  6. Mr. Evers, and receptionist Christina have gone above and beyond for myself and my family… multiple times. Christina is a force to be reckoned with and makes the impossible happen and Mr. Evers does not give up, even when things are …

  7. I love them here. I see Heather and one of my residents see’s Mary Miller. They are both top notch in my book and work very hard to get the best out come. If they’re grumpy at front desk it’s because of how rude people are to them Seen it many times. Receive what you give. Keep up the good work all.

  8. It is impossible to get a hold of someone. I have left numerous messages for secretary of Dr. R (Katie) with no call back. It is so disappointing when you are trying to reach out for help and can’t even receive communication back.

  9. I drive from Albany, Oregon to go to this clinic. I would not change! They respond quickly, the lab is very flexible to accommodate my needs, not to mention I love my doctors Harmon (family doctor)and Radhakrishnan or doctor R (endocrinologist, can’t spell her name).

  10. Absolutely the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Rude, unprofessional and impatient staff, dilapidated furniture and smells of mildew. Will definitely be taking my insurance and business elsewhere. Not that it matters to them. 🙄 …

  11. My experience with Dr.Guha was awesome! She’s warm and friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough – she really took her time with me. Reception, patient services, and pharmacy also very friendly and helpful.

  12. This place refuses medical care even with a referral from the ER. I have company from out of town that took a bad fall resulting in a fracture to her back and 1 rib. We have been told that she has to TRAVEL in this condition to go see her …

  13. My son is a college student, the clinic is very convenient for him. They have been good for the services he needs and they bill our insurance unlike the clinic on campus. Onsite pharmacy is great! He prefers it to our clinic in our home town, much faster service.

  14. This place really needs to work on their customer service. When you call to speak to your dr.’s receptionist you never hear back from them & they are almost always on the other line which forces you to leave a message (which you never get a …

  15. Tried to contact them more than once to establish care. They have you leave an invasively detailed message (everything short of your SSN) in order for them to (they claim) call you back. Then they never contacted me. I left more than one …

  16. agree 100% with previous review concerning phone ‘tree’ and trying to speak to the dr.’s receptionist; took me two weeks to get a new prescription for a drug I’ve taken for a long time. (the expired script was written be my former dr.) You …

  17. BEWARE: I’ve never written a negative review for a physician, but they don’t return phone calls without repeated calls. “Katie” seems so indifferent or actually bothered when you call. I have to call them in an attempt to get lab results 2 …

  18. I really don’t like to give negative reviews, but dealing with this group has been beyond frustrating. Incredibly poor communication, no live person answering phones during regular business hours. With Dr. Miller retiring, I’m very concerned about my parents quality of care.

  19. I recently had an emergency situation and was diagnosed w/ a serious condition. My Dr. referred me to a Dr. at this clinic 3 days ago & I had yet to hear from this clinic, so today I called to check on the referral status. I was told they …

  20. I did like Dr Chamberlain, but the office is dark and dreary and very negative feeling. A light color of paint and new carpet would help, so much. The business office is horrible to deal with and they revert to pat answers to cover up for …

  21. I like my health care provider quite a bit. She spends time with me, seems to care about my overall well-being, and listens. I had previously struggled with phone responsiveness at this office, but they really seem to have improved, I’m happy to say.

  22. Updated: After posting the initial review – they reached out to me with an explanation of what happened. With my dad on medicare – the initial 2 providers I tried were no longer taking additional medicare patients bc of the payment …

  23. I really enjoy Mary Miller as my provider. She doesn’t just give you medication and sends you on your way she really wants to help you. She is wonderful. Her receptionist goes above and beyond for her patients. I have never been to a doctors office that cares for their patients.

  24. Having read the other reviews I’ve realized it’s not only me.. you really want to interact with an indifferent person, schedule an appointment with Dr. Jappay. I have been in so much pain and frustration that I was crying in her office and …

  25. Didn’t even get a chance to be a patient. It took a couple weeks to be processed as a new patient and when I was contact I was setup with a physician and told that they accepted my insurance (United healthcare). My appointment was set for a …

  26. Not impressed. I didn’t like my doc’s indifferent attitude. Which was a surprise since the nurses praised her. After a few appointments, I’d had enough and requested a different doctor within the group. Would you believe it’s against …

  27. no live person answering phones, messages left frequently need a follow-up call, nobody available during 90-minute lunch breaks. pharmacy prescription subscriptions result in months of overstock on some meds at patient’s residences (maybe …

  28. The physician’s building group has a great Pharmacy and great staff and great doctors. I’ve been going here for 2 years and have had no bad experiences even through the covid they’ve worked to make sure that their customers are treated with …

  29. Had a good endocrinologist there for about 6 years. I liked her but communication with the office staff has always been poor and extremely frustrating. I usually get the receptionist Katie, when in rare instances she actually answers the …

  30. I’ve been going to this doctor’s office for 9 years. Recently my PCP quit and I was not aware until the 8th of this month when I called to schedule an appointment. I had seen him before he quit while the office was newly under praxis health …

  31. Dr Harmon is a direct, to the point provider. He took beautiful care of my mother. He was able to help with her medical and social needs. Hands down a wonderful Doctor
