Recently had cataract surgery. The wait time was surprisingly short staff was knowledgeable and police. Looking forward to having the other eye done in August

Scheduled to be there for 9:45 for surgery. By 2pm still haven’t been taken to the back and couldn’t have anything to drink or eat since 12am last night. If you’re going to make patients just sit for over 4 hours AFTER scheduled time, let them eat or drink something until atleast 6am. Totally ridiculous.

I’m from San Antonio Texas and I have never been to a facility with such an amazing staff. Every nurse and CNA treats you with love and compassion, they are all so caring. Breakfast was also provided for myself and my husband without even asking for it! I wish there were more nurses like these nurses back home!
