  1. This place NEVER answers the phone! Very frustrating, my card was placed on a hold after I ordered something online. Called literally 6 times on Saturday and no answer.

  3. You guys seriously need to get your act together I went to two different branches and all of the ATMs at all of your branches were out it’s a little absurd that you guys can’t get your act together i’ve complained about this in the past and nothing has been done it’s absurd.

  5. I 1/2 agree with Cain but I am thrilled they are open until 6pm since I work 25 miles east. But they are not a bank they are a credit union which means we get charged lower rates AND we get to borrow at much lower rates.

  6. Very poor customer service. People in there don’t know the first thing about treating their customers with respect. They can’t even do their job right and then they give you a nasty attitude. As stated by others ” put your money somewhere else”. I know that this will be the first and last time I bank with them.

  8. Open to anyone in Morris County. Credit unions are better than banks. Direct deposit. Online banking. Several locations around Morris county. Fewer or no fees for services. Free ATMs.

  9. I have been with Picatinny for a few years now and have had nothing but good experiences. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I haven’t done any major banking with them. I never have had anyone treat me rudely, but I do my best to be kind too.

  16. You have to log into mobile banking once a week or your account gets locked out. The app won’t let you deposit checks over $3000. They wouldn’t let me deposit a check into a joint account with only my signature. If you want a bank that’s easy to work with this is not the place.
