Great place to have meetings at. Been there for local programmers meetup groups, toastmaster meetings and more. Everyone is very nice. PNG makes for a great investment and dividends.
Piedmont Gas guy came out the same day, within an hour and fixed my gas leak quickly. Really quick response time.
Bad customer service. Charged a fee when I wasn’t aware the card didn’t go through. I was contacted 5 days later about the overdraft fee unaware of the return and when I tried to login to the unfriendly webpage I was locked out.
Recently put in order for new service. Spoke with guy who said he would be there in 30 min. I got there 10 minutes late due to traffic. He was gone. No note to say he was there and no call to ask e.t.a. missed whole day of work. Service guy called company to say he waited 40 minutes, a complete LIE. Shady…
Worst customer service in the WORLD. I spent over 5 hours one day to correct an issue with one of their incompetent reps entering my email address incorrectly (didn’t receive my new electronic invoices). Just ask for PAPER invoices and you will never have a problem!!!

My wife and I walked into our apartment at 9pm and smelled gas. We haven’t been home for 2 days, so we knew there was a problem. We called Piedmont and they arrived promptly!
